MicroRNA與丙型肝炎病毒感染的研究進展

【摘要】 丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染是導致慢性肝炎、肝硬化和肝細胞癌的重要原因。近年來的研究發現microRNA在肝臟生理和病理過程中扮演著重要角色。miR2122是肝臟表達量最大的microRNA,在維持肝細胞形態,調節膽固醇代謝,促進HCV感染和維持其RNA水平,抑制肝癌細胞增殖等方面起著重要作用,同時microRNA在抗病毒方面表現出巨大的前景。本文就近年來microRNA在HCV感染方面的研究進展進行綜述。
【Abstract】 Persistent infection with hepatitis C virus (HCV) leads to chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Recent studies have shown that microRNA played important roles in aspects of hepatic function and dysfunction. miR2122, the most abundant microRNA in human liver, is considered to have diverse roles in maintaining the adult-liver phenotype, regulating cholesterol metabolism, raising HCV RNA level and down-regulating the proliferation of HCC cells. In this article, the researches of microRNA in HCV infection and their potential for HCV molecular therapy were summarized.
